The hotel has an unbeatable location close to the town center and a beautiful park. You also have easy access to the lake shore. Despite some reviews mentioning outdated decor, our room was spacious, clean, and cozy. the friendly staff provided excellent service and a good breakfast to start the day. we had some discounts with the Ticino pass, which was an added bonus.
One downside to note is that some guests have raised concerns over the interior design being a tad dated.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was right across from a beautiful park and close to everything in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good quality. The hotel was very clean and had nice facilities, including a lovely little lounge and bar area. Parking was also easy and convenient, with affordable options available.
Nothing that I didn't like.
